REFUND POLICY AND SHIPPING
All online artwork sales are final and no refunds or returns will be accepted. All artworks and online orders can be collected from Black Stump Gallery free of charge or we will professionally pack and deliver for an agreed fee.
All artworks will be sent within a week of purchase with insurance cover for the value and signature on delivery. Artworks in ‘Current Exhibition’ will be sent within a week of the exhibition ending. Once you have made your purchase and provided your address we will quote for delivery, or you can call the gallery on 9193 5698. We will provide tracking information.
In the unlikely event of damage we ask that the customer photograph the packaging and artwork so we can submit an insurance claim.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTY INFORMATION
For all countries except Australia, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Black Stump Gallery does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s custom policy, please contact your local customs office.
