Ochre on Canvas

Using natural ochre pigments- creating colours of red, green yellow, pink & brown etc. They describe a more symmetric oval shape appearance, as it depicts the beautiful rugged hills and boldness of my country known as Texas.
The background is set as a starry night, see described in yellow and white.
I was inspired to paint the hills of Ngargaroon in such a way as my great-grandfather known as Hector Jandany once did. “so simple yet so beautifully done”
